American Test Tube Baby Management Services is Looking for a few loving, caring and reliable angels to help our IPs’ baby-dreams come true! After years working with surrogacy agencies all over, we realized it is better to match local surrogates with our intended parents, because
1) We want to match our IPs with surrogates whom we know in person. This match is like introducing our two mutual friends to know each other. We want our surrogates to meet our IPs when they visit the US for their fertility treatments. If you decide to work with these IPs, a clear channel of chat group between IPs and surrogates will be established on a social medium. On this platform, we can chat, text, share photos/videos anytime without interrupting your daily routine. We believe this matching process is much more comfortable than the traditional impersonal and blind-date style of matching.
2) In most cases, you will be working with Dr. Tourgeman at HRC Encino. We have worked with Dr. Tourgeman’s team for more than eight years. This medical team is knowledgeable, ethical, friendly and helpful. We also know Jennie, Meiyuen, Mei, Sophie, Shanise and a few other Dr. Tourgeman’s team members in person who make sure your medical cycle goes smoothly. 3) Shelley is our attorney who has worked with us almost from our inception. With over 20 years experience, she takes care of our legal issues, like surrogacy agreements and pre-birth orders with reasonable fees and efficient services. Other than Shelley, Ms. Tarnoff does our psychological evaluations and Ms. Vance completes our genetic evaluations. When you work with us, all our team members will work for you. We try not to send you to a strange provider for treatments.
4) For IPs putting their trust in American Test Tube Baby Management Services, we charge them the least expensive service fees in the industry, absolutely not at your expenses. Most of our recommended surrogates are accepted by our IPs with open arms. Our goal is to have IPs ready to talk to you when you work with us. You will not be one of the surrogates to be picked by the agency or the IPs. We will work with you one at a time. We do not want you to wait months to be matched. Right now the base compensation for our first-time surrogate starts at $43k + benefits. Experienced surrogates’ base compensation starts at $55k + benefits. Our least expensive service fees do not affect your compensation; they will only make your match happens a lot faster. We want to be fair to you and our IPs for trusting us.
